These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made by customers through www.parivis.com.

Parivis reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. The version applicable to your order is the version available on the website at the time of purchase.

3. Products

Parivis sells sunglasses and related accessories.

We make every effort to display product descriptions, images, colors, prices and availability as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur due to screen settings, lighting, photography, product updates or manufacturing differences.

Product images are provided for illustrative purposes. The product delivered may show minor differences, provided these differences do not affect the essential characteristics of the product.

4. Prices

All prices displayed on www.parivis.com are shown in euros (€), unless stated otherwise.

Prices include applicable taxes where required, unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Shipping costs, if applicable, are displayed before the customer confirms the order.

Parivis reserves the right to change prices at any time. Price changes do not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

In case of an obvious pricing error, Parivis reserves the right to cancel the order and refund the customer.

5. Promotions and Discount Codes

Parivis may offer promotions, discount codes or limited-time offers.

Promotions are valid only during the stated period and under the stated conditions. Discount codes cannot always be combined with other offers unless clearly stated.

Parivis reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel a promotion in case of misuse, technical error or stock limitations.

For Buy 1, Get 1 Free promotions, the offer applies only to eligible products and may require the customer to add the qualifying products to the cart or use a discount code at checkout.

6. Orders

An order is placed when the customer completes the checkout process and receives an order confirmation by email.

Parivis reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in the following cases:

• The product is unavailable.

• The payment is refused or incomplete.

• The customer provided incorrect or incomplete information.

• There is suspicion of fraud or misuse.

• There is a technical or pricing error on the website.

If an order is cancelled after payment, the customer will receive a refund through the original payment method.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to destination country, courier delays, customs procedures, holidays, weather conditions or other circumstances outside our control.

The customer is responsible for providing a complete and correct shipping address. Parivis is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete customer information.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, additional shipping costs may apply.

9. Customs, Duties and Taxes

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes or local charges may apply depending on the destination country.

These charges, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer unless clearly stated otherwise at checkout.

Parivis is not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures.

10. Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you generally have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you, or a third party appointed by you, physically receives the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must contact us by email at info@parivis.com and clearly state your decision to withdraw from the purchase.

The product must be returned within 14 days after you have informed us of your decision to withdraw.

11. Return Conditions

Returned products must meet the following conditions:

• The product must be unused.

• The product must be undamaged.

• The product must be returned in its original packaging where possible.

• All accessories, protective cases, tags and included items must be returned.

• The product must not show signs of wear, scratches, damage or improper handling.

Parivis reserves the right to refuse a refund or apply a reduction in refund value if the product has been used, damaged or returned incomplete.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective, damaged upon arrival or incorrectly delivered.

12. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify the customer by email.

If the return is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.

Original shipping costs, if any, may not be refundable unless required by applicable law or unless the return is due to an error by Parivis.

13. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

• Photos or videos showing the problem

• A photo of the packaging if the item arrived damaged
