RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Returns We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at info@parivis.com with your order number. If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package to: Roeselaarsestraat 73, Izegem, Belgium
Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can resolve the issue.
Exceptions – Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom or personalized items
- Perishable goods
- Items marked as final sale or gift cards
- Sealed hygiene goods (e.g. earrings) if unsealed after delivery
Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges. To get a different item, return your original order and place a new order separately.
Refunds Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. If approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the credit. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at info@parivis.com.
European Union – Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 calendar days of receiving your item, for any reason and without justification.

Returning your item Once you have notified us of your decision to withdraw, you have 14 days to return the item to: Roeselaarsestraat 73, Izegem, Belgium

Return shipping Parivis covers all return shipping costs for EU orders. We will provide a return shipping label upon request.
Refunds Once we have received and inspected your return, we will process your refund within 14 days. The refund includes the full purchase price plus the standard outbound shipping costs you paid at checkout, via your original payment method. Your bank may take an additional 3–10 business days to process the credit.
Exceptions The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Custom or personalized items
- Sealed goods not suitable for return due to hygiene reasons, if unsealed after delivery (e.g. earrings)
